Amar Natural Eye Care Clinic is located about 2.5km from the Bus Stand and about 2km from the Railway Station.

Each participant is required to bring a tennis ball and a roll of cotton.

Simple eye exercises are given to the participants. Improvement of vision will vary from case to case. One hour of exercise sessions each are conducted in the morning and in the afternoon for one week. Participants are requested to take up these exercise sessions only if they can participate for one week at the eye clinic.

Participants have to be between 7 and 25 years of age. Younger or older people will not be allowed.

One does not need to return for a checkup.

Yes these exercises can be performed as long as one can.

After eye surgery it is advised to wait for a year before enrolling in our exercise programme. Before signing up please send us an email providing the details of the surgery.
